Return Policy

 

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping and tax cost). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item. 

Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, items must be in unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a refund. 

REFUND INSTRUCTIONS:

1) To request a refund, please email hello@rosypopbeauty.com 

2) Please include a photo of your lash box in its original condition

3) If approved for a refund, you have 7 days to ship the item back

4) Please send us the tracking number of your package with the returned item (within 7 days of us approving your refund) 

We do not do exchanges.
